Say goodbye to UV seams, inaccurate texturing and constant switching
back-and-forth from your 3D application to your 2D image editor, and say
hello to hassle-free texturing that lets you quickly paint highly
detailed textures directly on your 3D objects.
BodyPaint 3D is packed with popular image editing tools - brushes,
selection tools, filters, erasers and much more. Full support for
tablets and Photoshop .abr brushes ensures that painting with a pen
feels just as natural as it does in your favorite painting application.
Support for image files as large as 16k as well as 16-bit and 32-bit
color depth guarantee the quality you demand.

Projection painting eliminates the need to spend hours creating
perfect UV maps. Simply paint what you would like to see on your 3D
model, apply the projection and BodyPaint 3D quickly adjusts your
painting so it fits your UVs perfectly - even if there are differing UV
sizes and seams.
BodyPaint 3D was created for all 3D artists and
includes free plugins for connecting with 3ds Max, Maya, Softimage and
LightWave 3D. These plugins transfer models, textures and UVs between
BodyPaint 3D and your favorite 3D application quickly and easily.
BodyPaint 3D's toolset is included in every version of CINEMA 4D.
Minimum System Requirements
WindowsXP or Vista or 7 running on Intel or AMD CPU with SSE2-Support
Mac OS X 10.5.8 or higher running on Intel-Mac
1024 MB RAM, DVD ROM drive.
Recommended System Requirements
This varies depending on the type of work you do. In general, the
faster the processor, the faster CINEMA 4D will render (draw the final
images). The more RAM you have, the more complex your projects can be
(i.e. more polygons, more textures, more advanced lighting, etc). A
faster graphics card generally improves Open GL shading refresh rate in
the editor view. A 64-bit OS enables you to have more RAM allocated for
CINEMA 4D. Multi-core CPU's are also utilized when rendering scenes.
